Water Filtration System RO

More than 98% of your hot beverage is water and this has a huge impact on the end result.

It is critical to maintain your coffee system and the beverage taste to a high standard by controlling the quality of feed water into your equipment. We have a range of water filtration options right up to a full 3M Reverse-Osmosis purification plant.

We fit Omnipure Q-Series carbon water filters as standard to all plumbed-in machines for protection and to take out off-tastes, odours, peat and rust – it is a sad fact that even in Scotland the water needs this treatment.

In well-known hard water areas we recommend the 3M SGP1175 water softener and filter unit which can easily be self-changed by the client or by an engineer visit if you wish – an annual change is included in a ServicePlan as well.

3M SGLP2-BL RO System

With the SGLP2 reverse-osmosis system we can move to a whole new era of water purification.

Instead of the ‘ion-swap’ method of resin filters, the unit actually purifies the water via a very fine membrane into being naturally soft and can be set according to your exact desires.

For years discerning customers have been buying quality coffee machines, grinders and top-end coffees in pursuit of excellence but have had little control over water chemistry – not any longer!
